Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery if there is any issue with the product like defective, damaged, etc.
• Items must be in original condition with tags attached
• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Original packaging must be included

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase
• Exchanges can be made for the same product in a different size or color
• A receipt, bill, or order confirmation is required to process the exchange

For exchange requests, please contact us with your order details and preferred exchange item. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Items damaged by normal wear and tear
• Items altered or customized
• Items without original tags
• Intimate apparel and undergarments
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided label
5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
• We will provide a prepaid return label
• Full refund or replacement will be provided
• No return shipping charges will apply
