Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be unworn and in the same condition as received
• Items must have all original tags attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Items must not have any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

How to Return

Follow these steps to return your item:

1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@blimzone.com with your order number
2. Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions
3. Package Items: Securely package the items with all original materials
4. Ship Back: Send the package to our return address using a trackable shipping method
5. Processing: We'll process your return within 3-5 business days of receipt

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• BlimZone is not responsible for lost return packages
• For defective items, we'll provide a prepaid return label

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase
• Exchanges can be made for the same product in a different size or color
• A receipt, bill, or order confirmation is required to process the exchange
• Exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis, up to ₹200

If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

For exchange requests, please contact us with your order details and preferred exchange item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Intimate apparel and undergarments
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Customized or personalized items
• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
• Items returned after 7 days
