  3. Order Confirmed: Order is confirmed and sent for processing
  4. Packed: Items are carefully packed and ready for dispatch
  5. Shipped: Order is handed over to delivery partner
  6. Out for Delivery: Order is out for delivery to your address
  7. Delivered: Order successfully delivered

Once your order is shipped, you can track it using:

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Address issues: We'll contact you to update the address
  • Unavailability: Package will be re-attempted next business day
  • Multiple attempts: Package will be returned to our warehouse
  • Refused delivery: Return shipping charges may apply
